How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Regenerative endodontics, particularly through mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)- based and exosome-based therapies, presents innovative alternatives to traditional endodontic treatments. However, the economic feasibility of integrating these advanced therapies into Kazakhstan’s dental healthcare system has yet to be systematically analyzed. This methodological study aims to establish a framework for evaluating the cost-effectiveness of regenerative therapies compared to conventional endodontic methods. It focuses on identifying the economic factors that influence the potential adoption of these therapies in Kazakhstan. The study outlines a comprehensive methodology for comparing the costs and potential long-term benefits of MSC- and exosome-based therapies. Data were collected from clinical studies, healthcare providers, and literature on cost factors such as treatment expenses, retreatment rates, and complication management.
