How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The theoretical principles of the Mueller matrix reconstruction of the parameters of optical anisotropy (linear and circular birefringence) of the myocardium polycrystalline myosin fibrillar networks architectonics are considered. The main signs of polarization manifestations of pathological transformations of the spatially structured myosin fibrils networks have been determined. The found tomography algorithms were used to process the results of myocardium native histological sections Mueller matrix mapping of those who died with long-term consequences of COVID 19. As part of the statistical analysis of the obtained native histological sections myosin fibrillar networks maps of linear and circular birefringence the most sensitive markers (asymmetry and kurtosis) to pathological changes in the myocardium. On this basis, differential diagnosis with excellent (>95%) balanced accuracy of long-term consequences of COVID 19 has been implemented. Further promising areas of research using the principles of laser-induced autofluorescence polarimetry of biological tissues are indicated.
