How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Understanding the genetic diversity and population structure of Tulipa buhseana Boiss. is essential for its conservation and management. We investigated 282 individuals from 15 populations of T. buhseana collected in two regions (Almaty, Zhambyl) using SSR markers. Analysis revealed high genetic diversity within populations (66%) and significant differentiation among populations (34%) based on AMOVA. PCoA identified two distinct groups, consistent with the dendrogram analysis, which grouped populations into two main clusters. Bayesian analysis suggested subtle genetic structuring, supporting findings of low population differentiation by STRUCTURE. These results underscore the complex genetic dynamics of T. buhseana and emphasize the need for tailored conservation strategies to preserve its genetic diversity.
