How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents a wideband microstrip array of patch antenna maximized for 5G short wave applications, containing an improved feed line. The presented antenna dimensions are ideal for millimeter wave frequencies, featuring a wideband array with a slot-loaded on the ground and fed through a 50-ohm microstrip line. Its design employed Computer software technology (CST) Microwave Studio, considering a relative permittivity of 2.2, a loss tangent of 0.0009, and a height of 0.254mm on a Rogers RT5880 dielectric substrate. The article presents a proposed wideband microstrip patch antenna, along with simulation results for reflection coefficient, VSWR, and 3D field strength pattern. The modeled array of an antenna expresses a reflection coefficient of -42.315 dB at a specific millimeter frequency of 60 GHz, making it suitable for short-wave applications with an enhanced microstrip feedline.
