How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article examines trends in the labor market in the field of artificial intelligence with an emphasis on the dynamics of demand for specialists and key competencies demanded by employers. Based on the data from the Report on the Artificial Intelligence Index, the employment structure in this area was analyzed, as well as changes in professional requirements were identified. The methods of comparative analysis and systematization of data were used as a methodological basis, which made it possible to identify key trends and determine the directions of labor market adaptation to technological changes. The most significant skills have been identified, including Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, and cloud technologies. It is shown that generative artificial intelligence plays a special role in the development of the labor market, which is confirmed by the increase in the number of vacancies requiring knowledge in the field of variational autoencoders, generative adversarial networks and industrial engineering. Based on the analysis of vacancies by economic sector, it was found that the greatest increase in demand for specialists in the field of artificial intelligence is observed in public administration and education, which is associated with the active introduction of digital technologies. At the same time, it has been shown that there is a decrease in the number of vacancies in industries such as retail, agriculture and mining, which may be due to the completion of key digital initiatives and the adaptation of already implemented solutions.
