How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper aims to review tools and technologies for collecting and processing data to create a knowledge base of emotional words and phrases, as well as a corpus of emotional texts in the Kazakh language. In this paper, we present an overview of existing methods and tools for recognizing emotions in texts and propose approaches to creating the linguistic resources necessary for analyzing emotions in the Kazakh language. We also discuss potential directions for further research and the application of the developed methods in real-world settings. Thus, the study aims to fill the existing gap in the field of emotion recognition in the Kazakh language and proposes methodological and technological solutions that can be adapted and applied to other low-resource languages.
