Abstract
The significance and position of fostering development in educational institutions are examined. A conceptual model is presented that focuses on inspiring development within the framework of managing innovative projects, utilizing entrepreneurial energy. The influence of inspiring development in educational institutions on the life cycle of innovative projects, particularly in terms of knowledge and management technologies, is determined. The essential competencies and priorities of educational institutions regarding the implementation of sustainable development strategies are discussed. In the research process, two sustainable development models were selected, which employ innovative projects for the development of educational institutions. The first model establishes three levels of creative competencies: linear, literal, and holistic. Within this model, the qualitative impact of individual competencies on the formation of inspiring management is illustrated through an example. The second model pertains to the application of a knowledge and competency system for managing innovative projects and P2M (Project and Program Management) programs. Within this model, the priority competencies that contribute to inspiring project development are identified. To assess the situation, a model illustrating the influence of inspiring development based on inspiring intuition during the implementation of innovative projects and programs at Astana IT University was constructed.
