How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In modern conditions of informatization and innovative orientation of society an important role is played by the social order for the individualization of education in the content and organization of educational activity. Individualization allows to creation of a system of multi-level training of specialists that takes into account the individual characteristics of students and provides everyone with the opportunity to maximize the disclosure of their abilities to obtain an education corresponding to these abilitie. This reseach presents an algorithm for designing personality oriented educational programs based on the data analysis of academic processes. The proposed algorithm is a means of design automation, mathematical modeling and analysis of the structure and content of competency oriented curricula of the main educational programs of higher professional education. The algorithm will improve the efficiency of design decisions and the quality of the curriculum being designed taking into account the definition of a compromise of interests of all social groups involved in the educational process.
