How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the international legal aspects of citizenship on the basis of the laws of Kazakhstan and the UK analysis. The author used general theoretical and specific scientific investigation methods. Based on the analysis of Kazakhstan legislation, it was concluded that the methods of obtaining Kazakhstan's citizenship are: 1) by birth; 2) as a result of naturalisation; 3) on the basis of interstate contracts of Kazakhstan; 4) on the grounds provided by the Law of Kazakhstan 'on citizenship'. There are also ways to obtain UK citizenship under the British Nationality Act of 1981: 1) by birth; 2) by origin; 3) by naturalisation; 4) by registration. Also author concluded that bipatrism adversely affects the state and carries a large risk to the state, including the loss of independence and sovereignty.
