How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the research paper the results of electrolytic-plasma treatment influence on the mechanical properties and structural-phase condition of steels 12Cr18Ni10Ti surface layers are presented. In this research paper the mechanical characteristics of steels surface layers cemented in electrolytic plasma with the composition of 10 % Na2CO3and 10 % C3H8O3are investigated. The operational parameters for the processing are also determined. The optimal content of components in saturating mixtures of plasma by cementation is defined. Structural researches of samples are carried out by x-ray diffraction analysis, optical and electron microscopy. The comparative study of the structure, phase and chemical composition of steel 12Cr18Ni10Ti modified surface layers is tested after electrolytic plasma processing. It is found according to the research that after electrolyte plasma processing high wear resistance and hardness increased in 2–2.5 times more than under the original condition. The hardened layer with thickness 30–65 μm is formed. It is shown that after the electrolyte-plasma processing of steel 12Cr18Ni10Ti microstructure contains particles of carbides and has fine-grained martensitic structure.
