How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents data on the study of the effect of substitutions of M-cations in the system of Na 3 Fe 2(1-x) Sc 2x (PO 4 ) 3 solid solutions (in the concentration range 0≤x≤0.06) on the crystal structure, ionic conductivity, and also on the temperature of phase transitions T a→b , T b→g . It is shown that samples of Na 3 Fe 2(1-x) Sc 2x (PO 4 ) 3 (0≤x≤0.06) solid solutions are monoclinically distorted, and the structure parameters increase linearly with increasing dopant concentration. Moreover, in the studied samples of solid solutions, an increase in the conductivity of the a -phase and a decrease in the b - and g -phases are observed, as well as a decrease in the temperatures T a→b and T b→g . It is concluded that these changes are associated with both local deformations of the anionic part of the crystalline structure, and violation of the regularity of the crystal structure
