How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the expert opinions on the territorial and border issues in the CAR. The border issues are of key importance in Central Asia Relationships (CAR). The border between the region states, carried out in the Soviet period, excluding local religious, cultural, ethnic and economic specificity, are increasingly turning to the conflict zones. In the context of the existing situation it requires careful attention, both from officials and the scientific community of the region. Priority basis of the paper were Central and Western experts survey, conducted by the authors and introduced into scientific use. In the course of research, the common ground and knots of contradictions were identified in the expert’s approaches on the issue. This fact indicates the complexity of solving the underlined issues in the short term.
