How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The influence of storage time and temperature on the behavior of low acyl gellan (LAG) was studied by viscometry and 1 H NMR spectroscopy without salt addition. The viscometric results revealed that the effectiveness of salts to enhance gelation of gellan changes in the following order: BaСl 2 >CaCl 2 ≈MgCl 2 >KCl>NaCl.The sol-gel and liquid-solid phase transitions of gellan solutions were observed upon addition of oilfield water containing 73 g L -1 of alkaline and alkaline earth metal ions. The effectiveness of salts to induce the separation of liquid and solid phases changes in the sequence: NaCl>KCl>MgCl 2 ≈CaCl 2 ≈BaСl 2 .The hydrodynamic behavior of 0.5 wt.% gellan solution injected into the sand pack model with high (20 Darcy) and lower (2 Darcy) permeability is useful to model the oil reservoirs in the process of enhanced oil recovery.
