How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Application of the results of space monitoring of flooding in practical work of emergency agencies will enable to lower the damage due to early detection of freshet floods and realization of preventive measures decreasing the danger of flooding in zones of high risk of their occurrence, detected on the long-term remote sensing data. Nowadays application of the results of space monitoring of passage of freshet waters and flooding has basically information character. One of mainstreams of development of flood space monitoring in Kazakhstan is search of optimum variants of use of high-resolution data resolution, including radar. In this case the efficiency of monitoring considerably increases. At present wide application of such data for operative space monitoring of high waters and flooding is limited by their high cost and complexities of the operative order.
