How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the legal regime of information under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author draws attention to the problems in the use by the legislator of classical civil law categories of property and representation in relation to such an insubstantial object of civil rights as information. Revealing that the legislator has extended the proprietary regime of property to such an intangible good as information, which is not consistent with many provisions of Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on property rights and other property rights, the author believes that the legislator should take into account the degree of development of this or that legal phenomenon in the domestic civil law doctrine.
