How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The penetration of renewable energy sources is ascending as the efficiency and affordability of renewable generation is rising. The present power systems are not coping with all of the additional generated energy due to the limited hosting capacity (HC). There are several available methods for escalating this characteristic; however, these methods would generally require additional investments. This paper develops a method which implements reactive power of the microgrids in the distribution network to allow more renewable power to be injected into the system. The connection buses of the microgrids to the distribution network will be specified and the absorbed and injected reactive power amounts in the microgrid to increase the HC while taking into account all the security constraints will be determined by the proposed optimization model consisting of the local and global optimization which will use genetic algorithm and dynamic programming, respectively. A 12-bus distribution system with multiple microgrids is to analyze the method.
