How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the paper the dissipative process is considered as the basis of the nature of external friction in solids. It is shown that non-equilibrium processes in the tribosystem can lead to a decrease in the production of entropy and, consequently, the intensity of wear and stably proceed with the formation of dissipative structures during self-organization. It was found that the first term can reach fe = 10–3–10–4 by using Xm, ρm and W(Xm) in the mode of using special lubricants. In space, the effect of oil filters is absent. It uses solid lubricants which include substances applied to the surface of parts in the form of films that have a shear strength that is significantly less than that of the part material. An expression for the friction coefficient is obtained, which takes into account the surface geometry and its physical properties. It was concluded that homogeneous metal pairs should not be used in friction antifriction pairs. It is shown that a decrease in the dry friction coefficient is possible due to a decrease in surface energy. In this case, friction pairs are used, in which the electron work function differs significantly. This leads to a difference in the contact potential difference and, accordingly, to a decrease in the surface energy. It is shown that the friction coefficient depends on the fractal structure of the surface of many solids and this is their characteristic property.
