How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract The results of studies on determining the speed of a wind-power plant and calculating the wind-energy utilization factor of a rotating cylinder of constant cross section with a smooth surface are presented. Experimental and theoretical methods were used to study the main aerodynamic characteristics of the efficiency of a wind turbine with blades in the form of rotating cylinders. The changes in the aerodynamic parameters of the flow were 2 m/s and higher. The results showed that, the value of the wind-energy utilization coefficient decreases with an increase in the speed of the oncoming flow. It has been experimentally established that the value of the speed of a wind-power plant decreases with an increase in the Reynolds number.
