How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the era of advanced technology and digitalization, the use of machine learning makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process. This study aims to identify various variables that directly play a role in recruitment. The study also addresses the HR sphere problems and proposes a solution related to the use of machine learning. The research methodology includes an analysis of the characteristics which are dominated by past candidates. The data obtained suggests that machine learning can bring significant benefits to the recruitment process, such as reducing the cost and time for selection, reducing emotional factors, and increasing accuracy. Overall, this study provides valuable insight into the potential of machine learning in recruitment and highlights how it can be used to facilitate the recruitment process.
