How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Nova Zinc LLP is one of the leading enterprises in Kazakhstan for the extraction and processing of lead-zinc ores. Most of the electricity is consumed by technological processes, including electric drives, pumps, and compressor equipment. The average annual electricity consumption is about 66 million kWh. The company conducts an energy efficiency analysis, including the calculation of specific consumption and technical losses. It has been established that the average equipment load is 1,818 hours per year. The conducted instrumental examinations showed the compliance of the power supply parameters with the standards. In order to increase reliability, it is recommended to upgrade 6 kV switchgear. The purpose of the study is to conduct a technical analysis of power consumption at the Nova Zinc LLP enterprise in order to identify reserves for improving energy efficiency and reducing technical losses in the power supply system.
