How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article describes the possibility of obtaining P-vitamin flavonoids from Japanese sophora ( Styphnolobium japonicum ) flowers by extraction with acidified water at high temperature. In this system, water acts both as a reagent and as a solvent. The proposed approach eliminates the use of toxic organic compounds, combines the extraction and hydrolysis stages, and facilitates the final stage of purification. It has been established that the proposed method is more environmentally friendly than the known ones and allows several times to reduce the production time compared to the known traditional methods. The innovative method of obtaining the antioxidant quercetin is based on high-temperature treatment of Japanese sophora flowers in an aqueous medium with the addition of mineral acids. This technological approach eliminates the need for expensive and toxic organic reagents. Combining the extraction and hydrolysis steps into one process optimizes the work cycle and simplifies the subsequent purification of the target products.
