How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive investigation aimed at improving the efficiency of the extraction process, as well as predicting and standardizing the quality of the obtained biologically active substances. For this purpose, the processing parameters of the medicinal plant Dasiphora parvifolia , which significantly influence the extraction process, were thoroughly examined. In particular, the true density, bulk and tapped density, packing weight, porosity, free volume of the extraction bed, and the extractant absorption coefficient were determined. In addition, several pharmacopoeial quality parameters of the plant raw material were evaluated, including the content of extractive substances, loss on drying, total ash, and ash insoluble in 10% hydrochloric acid. These parameters are essential for assessing the quality of medicinal plant raw materials and their suitability for further pharmaceutical processing. The experimental data obtained from the technological and pharmacopoeial characteristics make it possible to scientifically substantiate the selection of an optimal method for obtaining biologically active compounds and to standardize the quality of the resulting product in the form of an extract. The results of this study can be applied in the development of production technologies for Dasiphora parvifolia plant extracts, as well as in the preparation of regulatory and technical documentation, including the technological regulations and quality specifications.
