How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article analyses architectural and planning solutions for elite residential complexes in Astana. The study reveals a discrepancy between regulatory requirements and existing design solutions for elite housing. The study is based on regulatory documents, theoretical materials and a comparative analysis of three residential complexes located in Astana. The analysis found that ‘luxury’ is mainly based on minimum numerical indicators –area, height, number of bathrooms and number of floors. At the same time, key quality indicators such as functional space organisation, ergonomics, number and configuration of bathrooms, availability of auxiliary rooms, design of entrance areas, and ensuring comfort and privacy of rooms are not regulated by standards. It follows that the status of ‘elite’ is largely not confirmed by actual architectural and planning solutions. The results of the study highlight the need to expand regulatory requirements and rethink existing concepts of elite housing.
