How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

The scientific novelty of the article lies in determining the level of fiscal deformation of accounting in small businesses under the new Tax Code to be introduced from 2026 (an increase in the VAT rateto 16%, a 30% reductionin reportingforms, and a service-orientedmodel) and substantiating conceptual digital solutions for transforming it toward a management-oriented direction.Based on the study, specific areas for improving the accounting system and implementing digital solutions aimed at reducing the administrative burden on small enterprises and increasing the reliability of accounting information were proposed. These proposals make it possible to maintain the financial sustainability of enterprises amid constant changes in tax legislation and increase their investment attractiveness
