How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Ensuring the economic accessibility of healthy food is one of the key conditions for achieving food security and sustainable development of agro-food systems. In modern conditions, rising food costs, climate change, economic instability and increasing social inequality increase the requirements for the effectiveness of public administration of agriculture. The purpose of the study is to determine the priorities of public administration of agriculture, aimed at increasing the economic accessibility of healthy nutrition. The research uses methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative, dynamic and statistical analysis, as well as scientific generalization. It has been found that the cost of a healthy diet has increased in all groups of countries, while the extent of the economic unavailability of a healthy diet varies significantly depending on the income level of the population. The most difficult situation remains in low-income countries, where the high cost of a healthy diet is combined with the limited purchasing power of the population. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the author's system of priorities for public administration, including improving the efficiency of agricultural production, improving state support mechanisms, developing food infrastructure and ensuring the economic accessibility of healthy nutrition. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in improving state agrarian policy and developing measures to strengthen food security.
