How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study: modeling of the cadastral value of land through the use of GIS technologies in the multi-criteria assessment of spatial data of the territory. Research methods. The methodological basis of the research is based on the integration of heterogeneous spatial data into a single geoinformation environment using methods of multicriteria analysis and analytical hierarchical process. GIS processing was performed in the ArcGIS 10.6.1 environment using spatial analysis, raster processing, and overlay modeling tools. Morphometric relief parameters calculated on the basis of a digital relief model (DRM) and a topographic humidity index were used. Research results. Based on a multi-criteria analysis and assessment of the conditions and factors inherent in the studied area, their processing in the GIS environment, objective values of the cadastral value were obtained, significantly different from the previously determined land value. The model approach proposed by the authors makes it possible to detail the cost of land plots, optimizing their agricultural use. Conclusions. 1. The results of a study of the cadastral value of land plots in the Yerementau district of the Akmola region of the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented through a multi-criteria spatial analysis of the territory using a GIS model. 2. It has been established that agroecological, economic and technological factors characterizing any agricultural territory affect not only individually, but also comprehensively, enhancing or weakening this impact in time and space. It is determined that the multi-criteria spatial analysis performed using GIS technologies significantly differentiates the properties of the territory, thereby affecting the accuracy of determining the cadastral value of land plots. The necessity of assessing the morphometric, soil, landscape properties and legal characteristics of land plots for further modeling of their cadastral value is shown. The patterns of the influence of slope and slope exposure on the liquidity of land plots, as well as the index of topographic humidity on the erosion resistance of agricultural landscapes, are revealed. It was found out that the infrastructural accessibility of a land plot is the dominant factor determining the cadastral value. It is determined that the integration of multifactorial indicators into a single GIS model provides a more objective and detailed assessment of land in comparison with the state cadastral value according to the existing land valuation methodology. 3. The results of the study are recommended to be used in determining and updating the cadastral value of land plots used for agricultural production, designing agricultural landscapes, planning and forecasting the production of agricultural products and raw materials, as well as managing the sustainability of agricultural land use.
