How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The grinding processes are very diverse, but they have one goal – to obtain a crushed product with minimal energy consumption. This publication presents the development of new designs for spring-rotor mills and empirical evidence of the possibility of obtaining high yields at minimal cost. The working process of a spring-rotor mill has not yet been sufficiently studied, which makes it difficult to practically select rational parameters for its operation. In this article, we consider obtaining a second-order polynomial model for drive power (N), obtained when planning a multifactorial experiment for five key output parameters of the grinding process: fineness (R₇₁), productivity (P), power N, specific energy intensity , specific metal intensity . The article presents the results of the development of an analytical method for determining the optimal operating modes of a spring-rotor mill based on second-order polynomial models and the integration of experimental planning methods, regression analysis and multi-criteria optimization into a single methodology.
