How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper addresses the application of qualimetric methods for assessing product quality in the manufacturing of power distribution transformers. Particular attention is paid to the formation of quality at various stages of the technological process, including core production, winding of coils, assembly of the active part, insulation treatment, impregnation, and testing. It is shown that transformer product quality is influenced by numerous factors, including raw material characteristics (electrical steel, conductors, insulation), the level of technological equipment, personnel performance, and the completeness of technical documentation. A quantitative approach to assessing product quality based on a set of properties characterizing the technological process is proposed. The possibility of describing product quality through a functional relationship accounting for individual factor influences is considered. Regression models are applied to analyze the impact of factors on the final product properties. The analysis demonstrates that qualimetric methods allow for the systematization of quality indicators and provide a basis for their quantitative evaluation. This contributes to more effective management of technological processes and improves transformer product quality. The results can be used in the development of quality control systems in the electrical engineering industry.
