How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents the development of an on-board navigation system for a small satellite in the PocketQube format. An analysis of launched picosatellites based on this standard showed that only a small proportion of spacecraft are developed in the 1P format, and an even smaller proportion are equipped with advanced onboard navigation systems. However, the use of a compact multi-frequency GNSS module in the PocketQube form factor has not yet been reported in the published literature. PocketQube satellites are increasingly used for Earth observation (EO) missions, where accurate spatial georeferencing of acquired data is essential. The proposed solution consists of a high-precision, multi-system Septentrio mosaic-G5 P3 GNSS receiver, an STM32L451CCU6-based control unit from the STM32L4 family, and a power supply based on the LT8610AEMSE-3.3 synchronous buck converter. The article presents the schematic diagrams of all subsystems and the printed circuit board layout. The proposed design provides high-precision positioning for the 1P PocketQube standard while complying with the platform's stringent technical constraints.
