How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of the application of water-saving technologies in Europe and China. In the context of water resource scarcity, climate change, and increasing water consumption, the issue of efficient water use has become globally significant. The main objective of the study is to comparatively assess the characteristics of water-saving technologies in Europe and China, the approaches to their implementation, and their effectiveness. The research employs methods of scientific literature analysis, comparative analysis, and generalization of statistical data. The study reveals that in Europe, water-saving policies are based on environmental sustainability and regulatory frameworks, whereas in China, this process is implemented through centralized state governance and large-scale infrastructure projects. The results of the comparative analysis indicate that integrating the experiences of the two regions can contribute to the development of an effective model for water resource management. The findings have both scientific and practical significance for improving water resource management policies under conditions of water scarcity.
