How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

We study multinucleon transfer in the $^{48}\mathrm{Ca}+{}^{197}\mathrm{Au}$ reaction at a beam energy of 400 MeV within the dinuclear system model. Nucleon exchange and competing DNS separation are described by a master equation with transition rates determined by the level densities of the dinuclear configurations. Calculations with and without imposed $N/Z$ equilibrium give similar overall charge distributions, although differences remain in individual channels. When compared with the experimentally extracted DIC-like charge component, both treatments overpopulate the region near $Z=20$ and underpopulate more distant transfer channels. The calculated primary-fragment yields are concentrated near the entrance-channel partitions, with a pronounced maximum at $Z=20$ in the $N=28$ isotonic distribution. For the system and parameters considered, the overall charge distribution is only weakly sensitive to the $N/Z$ equilibrium assumption. Isotope-resolved comparisons and a treatment of secondary decay are needed to assess the accuracy of the predicted final-fragment yields.
