How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze current trends in the development of the veterinary goods and services market in Kazakhstan and to identify the main directions of its further development. The research materials included official statistical data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory and analytical materials of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions, as well as scientific publications on veterinary organization, veterinary entrepreneurship and marketing. The study employed methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, statistical and comparative analysis, a structural approach, and generalization. It was established that the current transformation of the market is determined by several interrelated factors, including the digitalization of veterinary activities, strengthening of preventive veterinary medicine, development of animal and animal-product identification and traceability systems, modernization of veterinary infrastructure, development of domestic veterinary pharmaceutical production, and gradual expansion of the commercial segment of services for companion animals. It was demonstrated that a statistical decrease in the volume of certain types of veterinary services should not be interpreted solely as a decline in demand, since the indicators are affected by changes in financing structures and the organization of service provision. Particular importance for the further development of the market is attached to improving access to veterinary care in rural areas, enhancing digital information systems, developing laboratory diagnostics, improving professional qualifications, and ensuring the quality of veterinary medicines. It is concluded that the veterinary goods and services market in Kazakhstan is undergoing structural transformation, while its development is closely associated with the state of livestock production, food security, and the country's export potential.
