How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article explores the reliable analysis and visualization of data using the capabilities of the R programming language on data collected in the field and laboratory. The main goal of the article is to use ANOVA analysis method to analyze the influence of the main factor affecting wheat yield. The authors developed a special program in the R language, obtained the result of the differences between different wheat varieties, conducted a data analysis and proved the significant influence of a certain wheat variety on its yield. When analyzing the data on the influence of the main factor (variety) on wheat yield, the components of the experiment were considered, based on which it was proposed to use the one-factor ANOVA method. To determine the reliability of the obtained results during data analysis, the Tukey HSD test method was used, and a boxplot graph was used for visual data analysis, which is available in the ggplot graphic library in the R-Studio environment. Based on the ANOVA method, a description of the forecasting analysis model was given for determining and testing the hypothesis, that is, the main differences in statistical data were given during the analysis showing the influence of wheat varieties on yield.
