How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The paper addresses the problem of decision-making for optimal control of the technological complex of a catalytic reforming unit under conditions of multicriteria and uncertainty caused by the fuzzy nature of the initial information. It is shown that traditional deterministic optimization methods do not fully account for conflicting requirements related to productivity, product quality, and environmental safety, as well as the knowledge and preferences of the decision-maker. An approach to formalizing control problems based on mathematical models of the reforming process using the apparatus of fuzzy set theory is proposed. A dialog-based algorithm for solving the multicriteria decision-making problem has been developed, based on the main criterion method and the maximin principle, ensuring guaranteed satisfaction of specified fuzzy constraints. The algorithm provides interactive adjustment of the boundary values of criteria and constraint weights in accordance with the preferences of the decision-maker. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is confirmed by the results of computational experiments and its approbation on the example of the catalytic reforming unit of the LG (Leningrad–Germany) installation at the Atyrau Oil Refinery of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The obtained results demonstrate the feasibility of applying the developed algorithm to the control of complex technological objects in oil refining.
