How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article proposes an approach to creating an energy-saving system for an industrial enterprise based on the reduction and indirect recovery of electrical and thermal losses through the use of highly efficient synchronous multipole motors with a discretely distributed winding and eccentric–cycloidal gearboxes. Multipole permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) with distributed windings have higher efficiency and smaller size and weight compared to traditional motors. Cycloidal gearboxes increase the torque density and reduce mechanical losses. This article presents an analytical approach to engine and gearbox design, including calculations of torque, power, and efficiency, and discusses recent advances in winding configurations and control strategies. The proposed system can significantly reduce power consumption and increase reliability.
