How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a scientific and methodological approach to providing AI engineering support for enhancing Public Administration Quality 5.0 in Kazakhstan. To this end, the authors conducted an econometric analysis using the practical experience of 22 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia in 2025.The scientific novelty of the proposed approach lies in applying an AI engineering mechanism to improve the quantitative and qualitative parameters of public administration. This overcomes the limitations of the previous approach and expands the objectives of the AI engineering mechanism to include the enhancement of Public Administration Quality 5.0.The essence of the new approach consists in a systemic understanding of Public Administration Quality 5.0 and the robustness of its AI engineering support in Kazakhstan in 2025; reliance on an associative model of Public Administration Quality 5.0 in Kazakhstan and neighboring developing countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia in 2025; and consideration of the prospects for changes in Public Administration Quality 5.0 in Kazakhstan depending on its AI engineering support during the Decade of Action through 2030.
