How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The relevance of this research is determined by the necessity of implementing modern monitoring systems to control the technical condition of bridge structures and building facilities in large urban environments. Effective operation and maintenance of bridges require continuous monitoring of their condition, allowing for timely identification of emergency situations, prevention of structural failures, extension of service life, and ensuring a high level of safety for users. Remote monitoring and automated management not only make it possible to control key parameters of bridge load-bearing capacity in real time but also optimize decision-making processes for preventive and repair work, significantly reducing financial and labor costs. For successful implementation of such a project, it is essential to consider the specific features of urban environments: complex engineering infrastructure, the need for communication relocation, limited space for repair work, highintensity traffic flows, and associated logistical and organizational challenges. Additionally, the deployment of remote monitoring systems requires integration of various types of sensors, construction of wireless data transmission networks, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency, and the creation of hardware and software complexes for data collection, analysis, and visualization. All this necessitates the development and application of modern mathematical and computer modeling methods to justify system parameters, predict risks, calculate reliability, and assess the effectiveness of different technical solutions used for monitoring and diagnosing the condition of bridges and buildings
