How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of geomechanical and geodensity modeling of the hydrocarbon-bearing Aryskum and Akshabulak structures within the South Turgay sedimentary basin. The study was conducted using 3D seismic data and structural maps of the main reflecting horizons. Three-dimensional models of density heterogeneities and the horizontal component of lithostatic pressure were developed. The spatial distribution of low-pressure zones and their relationship with known hydrocarbon accumulations were analyzed. The results enabled the identification of probable vertical and lateral fluid migration pathways controlling hydrocarbon accumulation processes within the studied structures. The study demonstrates that the distribution of low-pressure zones is consistent with the location of known hydrocarbon fields and can be applied to the prediction of prospective targets fo exploration drilling.
