How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This study systematically analyzes procedural documents of pre-trial proceedings, judicial acts, and legalinstruments drafted by citizens and participants in legal proceedings to protect their rights and freedoms acrossvarious branches of law. Its primary objective is to evaluate the feasibility of adapting artificial intelligence tools tobuild functional models for procedural document constructors. The underlying premise asserts that the successfulintegration of artificial intelligence into modern legal practice requires a thorough preliminary scientific analysisof the structure, content, and specific purpose of procedural documents. Employing formal legal, comparativelegal, analytical, systematization, and legal modeling methods, the study examines key legal documents–includingindictments, court rulings, defense acts, lawyer requests, and interview records–and substantiates the necessity ofunifying and structuring them for the effective training of intelligent models. The scientific and practical significanceof this research lies in establishing a solid foundation for digital procedural document constructors capable ofimproving the overall quality, accessibility, and efficiency of legal assistance. The findings offer practical utilityfor courts, law enforcement and specialized agencies, the legal profession, and free legal aid programs aimed atexpanding citizens’ access to justice.
