How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In recent years, the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan has demonstrated a high degree of openness to innovation, which is reflected in national digitalization strategies, the introduction of flexible educational formats, and support for partnership projects between universities and schools. In this context, the interaction between the Department of Artistic Work and Design at Aktobe Regional University and technology teachers and designers from educational institutions in Aktobe, Khromtau, and Kargala districts is particularly significant. The integration of microcredentials, nanodegrees, and other flexible forms of learning with clinical experience and mentoring allows for the development of a modern model for teacher training and professional development. Such a model not only corresponds to global trends in continuing education, but also contributes to the development of inclusive and culturally oriented practices, ensuring the high-quality renewal of teachers' professional competencies in the region.
