How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article systematizes the methodological and mathematical works of the Kazakh educator and scholar Shabaz Gazizuly Omashev and identifies the principal directions of his contribution to mathematics teaching methodology. Particular attention is given to his 1965 dissertation on graphical exercises in an eight-year rural school, his study of functional dependency, and his handbook on connecting algebra with practice. The analysis shows that Omashev consistently linked functional representations, graphical activity, practical contexts, and the application of algebraic models. These ideas are interpreted in relation to contemporary mathematical literacy, modelling, and practice- oriented learning without attributing modern concepts directly to the scholar. The paper also outlines possibilities for adapting Omashev's ideas through dynamic graphing tools and artificial intelligence in the modern Kazakhstani school. The study concludes that his legacy has both historical and current methodological significance.
