How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article explores the convergence of innovation, internationalization, and digital transformation in sustainability education, with a focus on gamified learning as a catalyst for climate action. As universities worldwide respond to the urgency of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), pedagogical models are evolving to engage students not only intellectually but experientially. Gamification—through digital platforms, simulations, and collaborative challenges—offers a dynamic approach to climate literacy, empowering learners to co-create solutions and internalize sustainability values. The study presents a case analysis of the International Summer School-2025 at Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), where international students from diverse backgrounds engaged in a gamified curriculum to develop five eco-tourism startup projects. This initiative exemplifies how digital tools and international collaboration can foster entrepreneurial thinking, cross-cultural dialogue, and real-world impact within sustainability education.
