How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Nanomaterials and their use can be powerful tools for managing plant resistance and disease control and could play a remarkable role in the agrotechnological revolution.Addressing food supply issues using modern methods also requires increased efficiency and in-depth understanding of their impact on the environment and humans.Furthermore, it is also critical for producers to ensure the sustainable use of such technologies and understand their mechanism of action, cost-effectiveness, and ease of use.The concerned study aimed to examine the modern approaches for improving the use of nanoparticles in plant disease management and control.Several methods for producing and analyzing nanoparticles, as well as their application in plant pathology, were in focus. The results associated with the synthesis of silver, copper, and zinc oxide nanoparticles were notable, with their morphology, structure, and biological activity also studied.Nanoparticles (<40 nm) appeared to exhibit the highest fungicidal activity against Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria solani, Phytophthora infestans, and Helminthosporium turcicum. The study described mechanisms of nanoparticles' antimicrobial activities, proposing improved approaches for their beneficial use in plant protection.
