How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The study examined the digital transformation of cadastral services in Almaty Region, Kazakhstan, from 2015 to 2025. It analysed request volumes, digital application rates, service delivery time, and user satisfaction. Over the decade, requests increased from 5,120 to 13,450, digital applications from 5% to 85%, service time decreased from 14.2 to 4.5 days, and satisfaction rose from 61% to 91%. Despite challenges involving service instability, interface complexity, limited Internet access, and weak integration, digitalisation improved transparency, accessibility, and land-use efficiency, supporting the transition toward intelligent land management applicable to other agricultural regions.
