How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study is a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the basic geophysical parameters of natural complexes in the south-western Altai through (studying) the nature of interrelationships and dynamics of hydrothermal parameters to assess biological productivity and substantiate the agroclimatic differentiation of the territory. The article examines the bioclimatic potential of the natural complexes of Southwestern Altai. Southwestern Altai is a region of high biodiversity in Kazakhstan. Special focus in the article is given to the biological potential of this unique mountain system with richest natural resources and opportunities. Assessing the bioproductivity of natural complexes provides a scientific basis for the conservation of forest ecosystems and the sustainable management of natural resources in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 15. In addition, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 2 – “End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture,” the bioproductivity of natural complexes is directly dependent on hydrothermal conditions, and forecasting the bioproductivity of natural complexes in response to changes in these conditions enables more effective management of agricultural land. The article addresses the years-long experience of Russian climatologists, foreign and national scientists, in particular, the works of M.I. Budyko, A.A. Grigoryev, N.I. Bazilevich, N.A. Yefimova related to the creation of methods to analyse the dependence of vegetation productivity on climate factors. According to 11 long-range meteorological stations characterizing the main physical and geographical features of natural complexes of the southwestern Altai, hydrothermal parameters were calculated: evaporation, evaporability, humidity factor. The impact of hydrothermal parameters on the biological productivity of natural complexes of the territory under study was estimated. The relationship between hydrothermal parameters and bioproductivity was analyzed and presented schematically.A chart map of the study area biological productivity was compiled. The data obtained enabled to substantiate the agroclimatic differentiation of the biological productivity of natural complexes and to identify the potential of their practical use.
