How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This study presents the development of an intelligent digital monitoring system for energy-efficient control of ore drying and processing in mining enterprises. Modern mining industries require advanced technological solutions to reduce energy consumption, improve process stability, and increase production efficiency. Traditional ore drying systems often operate under unstable thermal conditions, leading to excessive energy losses and reduced product quality. To address these challenges, an integrated digital monitoring approach based on real-time sensor data acquisition, mathematical modeling, and predictive control algorithms is proposed. The system continuously monitors temperature, moisture content, airflow intensity, and energy consumption parameters during the drying process. A numerical model for heat and mass transfer in heterogeneous ore materials was developed to optimize drying conditions and minimize operational costs. The proposed intelligent control system enables adaptive decision-making and improves the stability of technological processes under variable production conditions. Simulation results demonstrate a significant improvement in drying efficiency and a reduction in specific energy consumption by 12-18%. The developed approach can be applied in industrial mining enterprises for digital transformation and sustainable resource management.
