How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the meaning and importance of social entrepreneurship in modern times. This type of service is aimed at solving urgent social problems of society and providing support to people who find themselves in an unfavorable life situation. The authors, considering social entrepreneurship as an important area of scientific research, emphasize the need to clarify its theoretical foundations and terminology. The definition of social entrepreneurship allows developing it in the context of contradictions between social and economic problems. The article considers social entrepreneurship as one of the fastest growing activities, showing that it contributes to improving the well-being of socially vulnerable segments of the population and improving the quality of life of society as a whole. At the same time, the experience of social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan is considered as a new direction of economic development. The authors of the article analyze the experience of developing social entrepreneurship in such countries – members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), as Great Britain, Austria, France and Germany. The policies and special programs for supporting entrepreneurship in these countries are comprehensively studied. In addition, specific measures aimed at supporting socially vulnerable groups of the population in Kazakhstan are considered. As a result of the analysis, the importance of developing and supporting inclusive entrepreneurship is scientifically substantiated. The authors studied the active interaction of government agencies, business and social spheres. The methodological basis of the study was made up of general scientific principles, methods of logical analysis, synthesis, transition from abstraction to concreteness, as well as methodological principles of dialectical cognition of social reality.
