How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the assessment of the application of ion implantation methods to increase the efficiency of using synthesized ceramics as anode materials for solid oxide fuel cells, based on measurements of the dependences of specific power on current density, and showed a pronounced relationship between electrochemical characteristics and the phase composition and microstructural state of the materials. According to the studies conducted, it was established that ionic modification has a nonlinear effect on the electrochemical parameters of ceramics. The optimal range of irradiation fluences (10 12 – 5 × 10 12 ion/cm 2 ) was determined experimentally, at which maximum values of specific power are achieved while maintaining minimal polarization losses. Going beyond this range leads to deterioration of electrochemical characteristics due to radiation-induced destruction of the surface layer. The data obtained confirm the high efficiency of ion modification as a tool for fine-tuning the electrochemical properties of ceramic anode materials.
