How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In modern mechanical systems, the stability of movement and adaptive capabilities are one of the most important problems. This study is aimed at analyzing the movement of a mechanical system with elastic joints and developing an adaptive vibration drive with a gear variator. In the course of the study, the principle of operation of the mechanism was described using kinematic and dynamic equations. Using analytical and numerical methods, the effect of elastic elements on movement was calculated using mathematical modeling. The results showed that the presence of elastic joints provides a force-adaptive effect, which increases the ability of the working body to overcome obstacles. It was found that at constant input power, the speed of movement changes inversely proportional to the load. In addition, it has been observed that elastic elements effectively redistribute dynamic forces and increase the overall efficiency of the mechanism. Energy costs are reduced and the service life of the mechanism is increased. The research results are suitable for use in industrial automation, robotics and other mechanical systems. The main goal of the article is to study the movement of the mechanical system of elastic joints and develop an adaptive vibration drive with a gear variator. This system provides a variable speed of movement depending on the load of the working body with a constant input power and gives the working body a vibration effect. The vibration effect, together with the adaptation of the force, allows you to effectively overcome the initial resistance at the beginning of the movement and overloads in the operating mode of the machine.
