Abstract
In the context of globalization and digital transformation, accelerating changes, the importance of socio-economic efficiency of graduates is increasing, which is defined as an integral characteristic of the effectiveness of higher education, reflecting the degree of professional realization, economic sustainability and social adaptation of graduates, formed under the influence of factors of the macroenvironment and microenvironment. The level of skills in demand is changing very quickly, which creates new risks. Therefore, the issue of the current and future effectiveness of the graduate becomes particularly relevant. The microenvironment is formed within the university and affects the quality of training, competencies, skills and adaptability of graduates, the macroenvironment influences from the outside and determines how much a graduate is in demand, how much his competencies are in demand in the economy, how quickly he gets a job, determines his income level and career prospects. The factors of the macro environment are considered not as determinants of the institutional effectiveness of the university, but as a set of external socio-economic conditions that determine the possibilities of professional realization of the graduate. The competitiveness of graduates, their level of employment, income, professional mobility and social adaptation are largely determined by the impact of a combination of macro and microenvironment factors, which actualizes the need for a comprehensive assessment of their impact on socio-economic efficiency and professional well-being. The purpose of the article is to substantiate a methodological approach to assessing the impact of macro and microenvironment factors on the socio-economic effectiveness of graduates and professional well-being using the example of North Kazakhstan University, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving it. Tools based on the use of survey and correlation methods are proposed; the effects of changes in the level of basic and additional skills on indicators of socio-economic efficiency and professional well-being of graduates are calculated.
